If you are a business owner that would like to be added to a database used by County of Grey purchasers, please register through the County of Grey Procurement Portal. When registering, businesses are strongly encouraged to select their NIGP commodity / service codes in order to receive email notifications from the county of opportunities that match their services

Certificate of Insurance

The County of Grey utilizes a Standardized Certificate of Insurance form and it can be found at the link below.

Individuals and organizations who supply goods and services to the County are required to provide evidence of insurance as part of the terms and conditions of a contract, purchase order, permit, or other form of agreement.

If you have any questions regarding Certificates of Insurance, please contact the requestor.

This form is the preferred Certificate of Insurance accepted by The County. The form is to be completed by your insurer or their authorized representative. Once completed, please email to sharon.melville@grey.ca
