The Finance Department holds fiduciary responsibility for the Corporation of the County of Grey and provides a wide range of professional financial services including: procurement, cash management, budget planning, accounting, reporting and risk management.

Asset management is the system used to track the quantity, condition and value of county-owned assets. As of 2021, Grey County managed and maintained more than $1.4 billion in publicly owned assets. These assets include our roads and bridges, buildings, housing properties, our fleet of vehicles, equipment, technology and much more.
