Respiratory outbreak declared over at Lee Manor

Update November 6 2025: Public Health has declared the respiratory outbreak over on the 2 South home area at Lee Manor. We would like to thank our team members for their unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of our residents.  We truly appreciate the support from our designated care partners and families. Grey Bruce Public Health were valuable contributors to the management of the outbreak, and we are thankful for their guidance and assistance.  

The safety of our residents, families, and staff remains our primary focus, and we will continue with regular infection prevention and control audits and hand hygiene audits. October 29, 2025 - Public Health declared a respiratory outbreak on the 2 South home area at Lee Manor. There are currently four residents experiencing respiratory symptoms with test results pending. The affected residents are isolating and receiving care. In an effort to prevent further spread, roommates and high-risk contacts are being closely monitored.
