Respiratory outbreak declared over at Lee Manor

Update June 24, 2025: Public Health has declared the respiratory outbreak over on the 3 North home area at Lee Manor. We would like to thank our team members for their unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of our residents.  We truly appreciate the support from our designated care partners and families. Grey Bruce Public Health were valuable contributors to the management of the outbreak, and we are thankful for their guidance and assistance.  

The safety of our residents, families, and staff remains our primary focus, and we will continue with regular infection prevention and control audits and hand hygiene audits. Update June 18, 2025: Public Health has declared the respiratory outbreak over on the 1 South home area. As a reminder, the respiratory outbreak remains active on the 3 North home area. The affected residents are isolating and receiving care. In an effort to prevent further spread, roommates and high-risk contacts are being closely monitored.


Update June 16, 2025: Over the weekend, Public Health declared a respiratory outbreak on the 3 North home area at Lee Manor. There are currently five residents experiencing respiratory symptoms with test results pending. The affected residents are isolating and receiving care. In an effort to prevent further spread, roommates and high-risk contacts are being closely monitored. As a reminder, outbreak protocols remain in place on the 1 South home area as we manage the respiratory outbreak.


June 5, 2025 - Public Health declared a respiratory outbreak on the 1 South home area at Lee Manor. There are currently three residents experiencing respiratory symptoms with test results pending. The affected residents are isolating and receiving care. In an effort to prevent further spread, roommates and high-risk contacts are being closely monitored.
