Update June 16, 2025: Over the weekend, Public Health declared a respiratory outbreak on the 3 North home area at Lee Manor. There are currently five residents experiencing respiratory symptoms with test results pending. The affected residents are isolating and receiving care. In an effort to prevent further spread, roommates and high-risk contacts are being closely monitored. As a reminder, outbreak protocols remain in place on the 1 South home area as we manage the respiratory outbreak.

We are working with our Public Health partners and closely monitoring the situation. Enhanced infection control protocols are in place as we take swift action to halt the spread of the virus. In response, we are taking the following steps:

  • Universal masking (surgical mask) is required for all staff and visitors on the 1 South and 3 North home areas.
  • Increased surveillance, and enhanced infection prevention and control measures including audits, and hand hygiene audits.
  • All staff are following respiratory outbreak protocols and wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Surgical masks or N95 masks are required when entering an isolation room.
    • PPE signage is posted at the resident’s room.
  • Residents in isolation are limited to 1 Designated Care Partner (DCP).
  • General visitors are limited to 1 per resident on the 1 South and 3 North home areas.

The safety and wellbeing of our residents, families, and staff is our focus. As a reminder, please refrain from visiting the home if you are feeling unwell. If you require additional information, please contact the home at 519-376-4420.
