Notice: Sale of Land in Owen Sound - 1348 7th Avenue West

Grey County Council, as sole shareholder of the Grey County and Owen Sound Housing Corporation, declared the following property as surplus to the needs of the municipality and intends to sell the following property on the open market: 1348 7^th Avenue West, Owen Sound, legally described as Lot 57, Registered Plan 444, City of Owen Sound, County of Grey; Subject to and together with a shared driveway easement over Part Lot 58 Plan 444 City of Owen Sound, County of Grey pursuant to resolution CC58-25 dated August 14, 2025 (endorsing Resolution CW82-25 of the Committee of the Whole meeting dated July 24, 2024).

The earliest date that Council may consider authorizing its sale by by-law is September 18^th , 2025 at 10:00 am at its regular meeting in Council Chambers, Grey County Administration Building.

Those wishing to submit comments must do so in writing to Tara Warder, County Clerk at tara.warder [at] grey.ca or to the County of Grey, Clerk’s Department, 595 9^th Ave. E., Owen Sound, ON no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
