Public Health has declared a COVID-19 Outbreak at Lee Manor on 3 North. There are two confirmed COVID-19 resident cases. POA's of residents who have tested positive have been notified. As a precaution all residents on 3 North are isolating and will be PCR tested today. Staff that have worked on the wing will also be PCR tested.

Enhanced infection control protocols are in place as we take swift action to halt the spread of the virus. Portable HEPA filter units have been strategically placed throughout the wing to maximize air quality. We are working closely with our Public Health partners, and the safety and wellbeing of our residents and staff is our highest priority.

In response, we are taking the following steps:

  • All residents of 3 North are isolating and receiving care.
  • In-room meal service has been implemented.
  • All staff on 3 North are wearing N95 masks and eye protection.
  • Designated Care Partner visits are limited to one visitor per resident at a time.
  • Designated Care Partners on 3 North are required to wear N95 masks and eye protection.
  • All General Visits to residents of 3 North are suspended.
  • Please do not visit the home if you are feeling unwell.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to manage and contain the outbreak. Please continue to follow the three W’s: Wear a Mask, Watch your distance, and Wash your hands often.  If you require additional information, please contact Lee Manor at 519-376-4420.
