Overview of Development: The proposed plan of subdivision (known as the ‘Rocklyn Subdivision’) would create 18 lots for single detached houses, a stormwater management block and a public road. The proposed development is within the settlement area of Rocklyn and access would be provided from both Sideroad 22B and 7th Line. The residential units would be serviced by private well and septic, as municipal services do not exist in Rocklyn.
