Public Meeting: 

Overview of Development: The proposed plan of subdivision (known as the ‘Rocklyn Subdivision’) would create 18 lots for single detached houses, a stormwater management block and a public road. The proposed development is within the settlement area of Rocklyn and access would be provided from both Sideroad 22B and 7^th Line. The residential units would be serviced by private well and septic, as municipal services do not exist in Rocklyn.
