Business Growth Mastermind for Product-Based Businesses

A 6-week weekly series to get clear on your business strategy, network and collaborate with similar businesses.

A Business Mastermind is a commitment for a set amount of time that offers peer brainstorming, education, accountability, and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills.

This Business Growth Mastermind is a 6-week session specifically for product-based businesses in all stages of business (and is absolutely suitable for newer businesses!) We will meet on Thursday mornings from May 22-June 26th in the Grey Bruce Makers Space classroom from 9-11am.

These sessions will cover:

1. Creating a roadmap for growth

2. Quantifying the investment needed to grow

3. Funding growth

4. Identifying and dealing with potential challenges associated with growth

5. Monitoring progress and determining the next steps

6. Other topics as suggested by participants

This series is hosted by the Grey County Business Enterprise Centre and the Grey Bruce Makers Space, and facilitated by experienced business owner Anthony Traversa.
