Grey County Seeks Input on Local Food

Grey County is an agricultural hub. Food production, food processing and agri-culinary tourism play an essential role in our local economy. Grey County is developing a Local Food Strategic Plan to identify ways of supporting local food projects. Our goal is to understand how food businesses operate with each other, to develop resources and encourage co-operation and partnerships in the sector.
Grey County is rebuilding Rockwood Terrace in Durham. The new facility will include 128 long-term care beds, 40 assisted living units, and a market square.
Regional Job Fairs are back and in person! Three regional job fairs are planned for Hanover, Owen Sound and Meaford. A number of full-time, part-time and seasonal positions will be available to support various industries.

Grey County is in the design stage for the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Grey Road 3 and Grey Road 4 east of Hanover in the Municipality of West Grey.
