Grey County is working to support frontline workers in essential services and health care as Ontario returns to remote learning due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Grey County is offering temporary licensed emergency child care at no cost for families meeting eligibility requirements set out by the Province. Temporary emergency child care will be offered until June 30, 2021, or until the targeted emergency child care program is ended by the Province. The program is for school age children whose families have no alternatives for child care. To qualify, parents or guardians must work in an occupation listed on the eligibility list. Parents or guardians who work from home are not eligible. Spaces for this program are limited.
