Loon Call Subdivision
The draft approved plan of subdivision application, known as the Loon Call subdivision, will create up to 201 residential units, consisting of 50 single detached dwellings, 32 semi-detached dwellings, and 119 townhouse dwellings. Access to the lots would be via internal streets that would connect to Sykes Street (Highway 26). Servicing to the proposed subdivision will be via municipal water and sewer services.
