Hutten & Co. Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment & Site Plan Application
The County Official Plan Amendment application proposes to re-designate a portion of the subject lands from Rural to Space Extensive Commercial Industrial (Site Specific) to permit the development of the subject lands for a landscape business including ancillary uses (Open Storage, Accessory Bulk Sales Establishment and Contractors Yard). The submitted Zoning By-Law Amendment proposes to re-zone a portion of the subject lands from Rural (RU) and Environmental Protection (EP) to Highway Commercial – Site Specific (C4-Site Specific) and Environmental Protection. The zoning application also seeks permission for a front yard setback of 17.5 m where 20 m is permitted; and a height of 11.5 m where 10 m is permitted.
