Eden Oak Camperdown - Revised Submission
The County of Grey has received a further revised submission for the above noted proposed plan of subdivision. The proposed revised Plan of Subdivision is still proposing to create a total of thirty-three (33) single detached lots. The previous proposed open space block to retain some of the wetlands on the subject lands continues to be shown (Block 5). Essentially the changes to the latest revised plan include a walkway block to connect from proposed Street A to Open Space Block 4, as well as 3 - 1 foot (0.3m) reserves at the end of proposed Street 'B' and along the backs of the lots adjacent to Old Lakeshore Road that will be gaining access off of Street 'A'. A proposed revised plan dated September 10, 2021, a Comment Response Matrix (October 2021), a Planning Memo (October 2021), an upated Functional Servicing Report (November 2021), an updated Stormwater Management Report (November 2021), a Lot 1 Developable Area concept, as well as a Grading Plan - November 2021 have been posted below. A further revised proposed plan dated January 2022 has been posted which widens the walkway width.
