Fee Subsidy
Qualifying for fee subsidy requires completing and signing an application for Income Testing. The application requirement is based on family income. To complete the Income Test application, you must have a copy of your Notice of Assessment (most recent) or Child Care Tax Benefit Notice. You may qualify to pay child care costs at a lower rate.
To apply and complete the Income Testing form, please call 376-7324 ext. 1363 and book an appointment with one of our Children’s Services Workers.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must supply a copy of a Federal Notice of Assessment (NOA) and / or Child Care Tax Benefit Notice (CCTB),
Parent(s) working, attending school, training or skill upgrading courses,
Written referrals from Public Health, Children’s Aid, Bruce / Grey Children’s Services, Family Doctor, etc. to support why this service is required.
