The Information Technology Department is responsible for Grey County's LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), web sites and telephone systems. The department is based in the administration building in Owen Sound.
Grey County currently has over 325 Desktops and laptops (Windows XP Pro/Vista/7), 30 servers (Windows 2003/2008) and 500 users located across over 20 locations supported by 7 full time staff.
