On January 3, 2012 the County of Grey adopted its first Corporate Strategic Plan; a significant milestone in the organizational development of the County. The Plan captures the essence of Grey County and its focus on building a bright future. It will serve as a touchstone for public policy development and resource allocation decisions by County Council and others in building strong vibrant communities, steady prudent governance and a capacity to seize opportunities and meet challenges in a sustainable manner.
