On January 3, 2012 County Council adopted the first ever Corporate Strategic Plan for the County; a significant milestone in the organizational development of the County. It will serve as a touchstone for public policy development and service delivery decisions. The Plan is a reflection of the input received from hundreds of residents and community organizations. It captures the essence of Grey County and its laser focus on building a strong, steady future.
